Introduction

Kyoto Sangyo University was founded in 1965 by Dr. Toschima Araki ,a distinguished astrophysicist. We put special emphasis on broad liberal arts education and specialized education fostering graduates who can contribute to the international community. Furthermore, in accordance with the founding principles, we continue to encourage the formation in our graduates of a rich human nature and high ethical values. In 2020, Kyoto Sangyo University comprises 10faculties for undergraduate students and 9divisions for graduate students, as well as 6 affiliated research institutes, with an enrollment of approximately 14,000 students.
