Registration Fee

Full Registration Fee paid from July 31 to September 15, 2019
  • • US$1000 for each Participant
The registration fee for participant includes admission to all conference sessions, conference proceedings, coffee-breaks, lunches, welcome reception, conference dinner, souvenirs, but does not include the cost of accommodation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat (wcu@sjtu.edu.cn). Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
  • • Up to and including September 1, 2019: 100% refund (less US$100 handling fee)
  • • From September 1, to October 1, 2019: 50% refund
  • • No refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 1, 2019

Accommodation
The InterContinental Shanghai Pudong is the conference venue. The conference organizers have booked a limited number of rooms in InterContinental Shanghai Pudong at a reduced rate for your convenience.
