The online procedure is simple and free: fill in the online application form and either take entrance exams for BA or upload portfolio online for MA programmes. In addition, graduates of the HSE Preparatory Year Programmes (tuition-based) get 50% of tuition fee cover from HSE University upon successful completion of the programme. Since its establishment in 1992, over 80,000 students have successfully graduated from HSE University.
